Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be carrying anxiety, self-doubt, sadness, grief, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. You might feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward but you do not have to go through it alone.
Choosing a psychologist or counsellor is deeply personal. You want someone who will truly understand, someone you can trust with the thoughts and feelings you may not share with anyone else. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Over the years, I have supported people through anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and the effects of trauma. My clinical work has included crisis intervention with individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, as well as long-term counselling with adults and young people navigating major life transitions.
Having lived in several countries myself, I understand the unique challenges of expat life, balancing cultural adaptation, identity, belonging, and relationships while building a sense of home in a new environment.
I now run my private practice online worldwide and in person in The Hague, offering counselling and coaching in English and Russian. My approach is integrative and person-centred, blending depth-oriented exploration with practical strategies for change. Together, we will explore what feels most helpful for you, whether that is understanding patterns from the past, strengthening emotional resilience in the present, or creating a clearer vision for your future.
I offer individual therapy for adults and young people, parenting support (both one-to-one and in groups), and couples counselling. My work also includes coaching for personal growth and clarity, trauma-informed therapy and Brainspotting, and support for expats navigating life transitions. I provide specialised counselling for those living with chronic or health-related anxiety (including SVT) and for carers supporting loved ones after bone marrow transplant. In addition, I design and deliver workshops on communication and emotional intelligence.
If you are reading this and wondering if counselling might help, know that you do not have to figure it out alone. Reaching out can be the first step toward change, and I would be honoured to walk that journey with you.

I believe everyone deserves a fulfilling, meaningful life, and that each person has the capacity for growth and self-healing. My role is to support you in discovering your potential, overcoming challenges, and creating a life you truly love.
I am a registered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP), and the Dutch Association for Supervision and Coaching (LVSC).
